Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and branded box to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
